Mochidoki's Pumpkin Pie
October 22, 2020, 5:54.02 pm ET
As we continue to seek out local pumpkin spice treats throughout the season (turns out, the only predictable part of 2020!), Mochidoki SoHo is rolling out its seasonal creation - Pumpkin Pie! It's made with seasonal Pumpkin & Cookies mochi ice cream with a dark chocolate and gingerbread crust, pumpkin spice cream, candied pecans and cherry.
This autumnal, hand-held treat, along with other decadent options like PB&J, Kakigori and Espresso Cup, are available for grab-and-go pickup at Mochidoki SoHo (176 Spring Street) as well as for delivery through Seamless, Grubhub, Uber Eats and Postmates. Flavors are conceptualized by Culinary Director Natsume Aoi who grew up making mochi dough with her grandmother in Okinawa, and was the executive pastry chef at Morimoto before joining Mochidoki.
