Chef Daniel Boulud is celebrating the 30th anniversary of his two Michelin-starred restaurant, DANIEL. The milestone marking three decades of innovative fine dining and inspired French cuisine paired with a quintessential New York City luxury experience. DANIEL opened on 76th Street on New York City’s Upper East Side in 1993 as Chef Boulud’s first independent project. In 1998, five years after its opening on 76th Street, DANIEL relocated to a new home on 65th Street, where it remains today. This location is especially meaningful to Chef Boulud as it was the former home of Le Cirque while he worked as Executive Chef. “My heart is full when I think back over the past 30 years of Restaurant DANIEL”, said Daniel Boulud. “It is my first restaurant, my namesake, and the foundation of my restaurant group.”
