SAGAPONACK

For seafood lovers, Sagaponack, situated in the fashionable Flatiron District is a standout dining destination this New Year’s Eve. Sagaponack will serve a prix-fixe 4-course curated tasting menu by Executive Chef Phil Choy. The first of 4 course tasting menu begins with the Fluke Tartare, Coconut Squash Soup, Salt Baked Black Bass, Thai Red Coconut Curry, Crab Fried Rice and Dessert, a Thai Milk Cake. The curated New Year’s Eve menu will be served from 5 p.m. – 10 p.m.

SAINT THEO'S

Enjoy the best of Venetian cuisine with all of Saint Theo’s menu items available on New Year’s Eve. Saint Theo's will be offering a full menu with a handful of specials on both Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. The Christmas Eve menu will consist of seafood-driven dishes and on New Year's Eve, they will have a raw bar offering for the start of the meal to be ordered a la carte along with a full menu. Those looking for a traditional dining experience can indulge in hearty, warming classics like Stracciatella, Ragu Bianco and Chicken Diavolo for two. The vibrant 110-seat space will boast festive holiday decor and offer a place for guests to celebrate with a list of specialty cocktails, Italian wines or refreshing mocktails to ring in 2024.

The hotel boasts the most coveted accommodation for NYE celebrations with its 31 Ball Drop rooms offering close-up views of the famous Times Square Ball via floor-to-ceiling windows. Or take the party to lobby for Tempo’s ticketed New Year’s Eve Celebration inside its swanky restaurant and cocktail bar, Highball. THE CLOCKTOWER

The Clocktower (5 Madison Avenue, NYC) will be offering a pre-fixe menu with late seatings at 9:30pm and 10pm for $295/person. Following dinner, the dining room will be cleared out and turned into a dance floor with a DJ spinning until the morning hours. At midnight, there will be a complimentary Champagne toast along with party favors. NYE Pre-Fixe Menu includes: Choice of cocktail or sparkling beverage upon seating; Selection of cold and hot canapes upon seating; and 3-course menu accompanied by wine pairings. Appetizer (choice of): Scallop Crudo with persimmon, cashew and buttermilk; (OR) Ravioli with mascarpone, ricotta, truffle and Parmigiano-Reggiano. Mains (choice of): Butter Poached Lobster with sunchokes, seared endive and capers; (OR) Dry Aged Duck with kumquats, radicchio and pistachio. Dessert: Chocolate Peanut Butter Candy Bar with crème fraîche sorbet plus a selection of petit fours and takeaway treats. Reservations for the NYE seating will be available on Resy.

THE ELLINGTON

This NYE, The Ellington will be offering a special $75 menu. Options include Beet Tartare with chive, truffle, dijon, crostini; Shrimp Cocktail with yuzu cocktail sauce and togarashi; Herb Roasted Chicken Breast with shallot pommes puree, mushroom, bacon, pearl onion, jus; Pork Chop with sweet potato chipotle gratin, cider kale, candied bacon; Grilled Salmon, butter beans, spinach, citrus beurre blanc; and Beef Wellington with puff pastry, mushroom duxelles, veal reduction; among others. In addition to the special menu, The Ellington will have live music featuring multi-genre singer, IZZE, 9:30 to midnight. There will also be open bar specials and a complimentary champagne toast for the countdown.

THE MCKITTRICK HOTEL

The McKittrick Hotel (530 West 27th Street, NYC), home of Sleep No More, announced The Last New Year’s Eve, a year-end celebration taking place throughout the famed hotel on Sunday, December 31. The Last New Year’s Eve invites guests to one last revelrous evening with thrilling performances, live bands, and dancing throughout the hotel. Guests are encouraged to dress in their glamorous best for the last night of the year, inspired by the hotel’s legendary residents, caretakers, and iconic venues. Produced by Emursive, the party has been conceptualized and directed by Conor Doyle and Oliver Sayer (One Hundred) and dance artist and choreographer, Marla Phelan (MarlaPhelan.com). All three creatives trace their roots back to performing in Sleep No More and other Punchdrunk works. They have shaped many of The McKittrick’s parties and special events, including A Midsommar Night’s Dream. Tickets for Standard Entry to The Last New Year’s Eve start from $300 per person (plus fees). Libations are not included but will be available for purchase at bars on every floor.

THE WALL STREET HOTEL

Make the last day of 2023 a refined affair at The Wall Street Hotel, a stylish cultural hub in the heart of New York City's Financial District. The hotel is the perfect New Year’s stay with afternoon tea and evening live jazz at Lounge on Pearl, as well as an sumptuous dinner at La Marchande. Festive Tea is available throughout the month of December on weekdays from 1:30-4:00 PM and 12:00-4:00 PM on weekends. As the countdown to 2024 begins, the ambiance of the opulent Lounge on Pearl transforms into a vibrant haven of live music and entertainment with an à la carte menu including festive special plates, a jazz band, and champagne toast at midnight. An elegant dinner at La Marchande will indulge the palate through canapés and amuse-bouche, followed by a seated dinner with wine pairings.

TRATTORIA ONE FIFTH

Trattoria One Fifth (1 5th Ave, NYC), Marc Forgione’s newest restaurant, will be offering their regular menu in addition to a few surprises, including a Tuxedo Pizza, topped with shaved black and white truffles, and flowing champagne. Trattoria One Fifth is Marc Forgione’s newest restaurant, taking over the restaurant space inside the iconic One Fifth Avenue building, an address rich with NYC history. Marc draws influence from his Italian heritage, paying respect to both his Italian tradition and New York surroundings with a focus on local ingredients from the Union Square Greenmarket just a few blocks away. TSUBAME

Tsubame, a Kaiseki-inspired omakase from Michelin-recognized Executive Chef Jay Zheng, will be open to ring in the New Year. Far from your typical omakase experience, Chef Zheng creates masterfully plated Japanese dishes derived from ultra-seasonal ingredients and fish sourced from Japan. Tsubame will offer an 8 course Kaiseki menu with two seatings at 5:30 p.m. and 8 p.m on New Year’s Eve.

ZOU ZOU'S

Zou Zou's (385 9th Ave, NYC) will be open for regular service on New Years Eve and on New Years Day. Zou Zou’s is the lively and modern Eastern Mediterranean restaurant located on Manhattan’s West Side. Chef Juliana Latif offers a menu inspired by and celebrating the cuisine and flavors of the Eastern Mediterranean region, bringing in influences from Lebanon, Israel, Turkey, Egypt, Syria, and Jordan, among others. BLU ON THE HUDSON

Blu on the Hudson is a chicly designed, 30,000-square-foot, modern American restaurant with sweeping views of the Manhattan skyline in Weehawken, New Jersey. Champagne toast with screening as the ball drops at midnight, it will be a night to remember. Highlights include food stations, a live DJ, sparklers, stand-out Instagrammable cocktails. Tickets will be offered in two tiers, which are as follows; Tables, which include a three-course dinner, open bar, food stations and more for 2-8 people, entry time 8 pm, and General Admission, $300 includes open bar and passed hors d’oeuvres, entry time 9:30 pm. Tickets are available on Eventbrite and OpenTable, Tables will be sold exclusively on OpenTable.

SON CUBANO

Son Cubano, a modern Cuban restaurant, in West New York, New Jersey, has the most breathtaking, unobstructed, pristine views of the Manhattan skyline that spans from the Upper West Side to the Liberty Tower. Son Cubano is hosting a New Year’s Eve Black Tie Gala with two diner seatings. The first seating, 4 pm– 6 pm, for early dinner with offers the a la carte menu only. The second seating, 9 pm to closing, will offer a 3-Course Prix Fixe Menu (4-Course with VIP Amuse-Bouche) with tables available in the Havana Room ($150), Vista Room ($200), and Vista VIP ($250) (Amuse-Bouche Included). Party Tickets for the bar only are $75 and grant entrance after 10:30 pm.

VENTANAS

This New Year’s Eve, VENTANAS Restaurant and Lounge will be offering an early seating at 4 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. with $95 4-course prix-fixe menu. 9 p.m. to 10:15 p.m. has a $195 prix-fixe menu, including a champagne toast and dancing until close. A 10:30 p.m. until closing includes $225 prix-fixe menu, a champagne toast, VIP bottle service, live performances and festivities from the comfort of a private table. An open party ticket to the Masquerade Ball is $75/pp.
