The Lunar New Year is upon us and to celebrate…

Atoboy is offering a complimentary tteokguk, a traditional Korean rice cake soup to their guests in celebration of Lunar New Year. It is part of their prix fixe menu.

Nowon is adding a special dish of Crab Sesame Rice with Soy Butter, Perilla, Smoked Trout Roe, Toasted Seaweed ($22) to mark the occasion.

Goosefeather (Tarrytown) has three Lunar New Year specials – a Prosperity Salad of Hamachi, Cucumbers, Radish, Pickled Wood Ear Mushrooms, and Asian Pear; Longevity Noodles with Minced Chicken, Watercress, and Black Bean; and Crispy Sweet Rice with Citrus, and Whipped Honey.

J. Bespoke is hosting a Grammys Watch Party (Sunday, January 26 at 8pm EST). Enjoy the award show in style while sipping cocktails like the Nitro Cold Brew Martini (Belvedere vodka, Montenegro amaro, honey, cold brew coffee by Devoción), and bar snacks like Karaage Fried Chicken Bites.

Harlem’s Archer & Goat is launching a new bottomless weekend brunch and an all-day brunch on Sundays. From 11am–4pm on Saturdays and 11am–8pm on Sundays, guests can enjoy unlimited Mimosas, Screwdrivers and Firestone Lager with the purchase of any entrée for $20 (90 minute limit).

Gearing up for Super Bowl Sunday!

Pretty Ricky’s, on the Lower East Side, is hosting a Super Bowl Party with big screen TV, $5 beers from each of the teams' home cities, and a $7 food menu. The dishes are twists on classic bar bites, like buttermilk chicken sliders, smoked wings, loaded fries & nachos.

Arthouse Hotel, on the Upper West Side, will feature craft cocktails for each team, including Niners Punch made with Arbiki Gin, Rockey’s Punch & cranberry cordial, and Chiefs Cold Brew ($16), a mixture of Ragtime Rye Whiskey, Mr. Black Cold Brew liquor & orange bitters, along with Oath Pizzas and light bites.

Bar Moxy is hosting a Super Bowl LIV viewing party with a 133” projector screen featuring the big game & tasty food specials such as Chicken Wings, Jumbo Pretzels, Cheesy Waffle Fries and pitchers of select beers.

In-house parties?

Boqueria is rolling out a special catering menu for Super Bowl Sunday (Feb 2). Think "Pre-game Tapas, Half-time Show mini sandwiches, and Touchdown desserts" like churros and hazelnut cake. An MVP option (serving 8-10 guests) includes a choice of paella and 4 tapas.

Game-time pizzas anyone? Upside Pizza is offering fan favorites like the the Falcowitz (A White Wine Lemon Cream Sauce topped with Fresh Mozzarella & Sautéed Mushrooms) and the Upside Pep (Pepperoni atop a sicilian pie.

Norm’s Pizza in Brooklyn is also delivering game-time pies, including traditional Cheese (with Norm’s signature sauce, Pecorino Romano & low moisture mozzarella), and Vodka (with homemade vodka sauce, made fresh mozzarella, low moisture mozzarella & grand).

Bessou is going "Krazy Karaage" for the big game with takeout and delivery specials featuring their signature chicken karaage, tossed in your choice of sauce and seasonings, and served in a KFC-style flip top box.
