For New Year’s Eve, Bar Miller (620 E 6th St, NYC) will open with two seatings at 6pm and 8:30pm with their regular 15 to 18 course omakase menu, which changes based on market availability and seasonality. The a la carte menu features the venue’s favorite dishes from its fall/winter menu including Market Carrots & Kale Salad, Olive Oil Braised Octopus, Hudson Valley Foie Gras Terrine with poached pear gelée, its crowd favorite Butternut Squash Ravioli, Herb Crusted Black Cod to name a few. This beloved, vibrant Spanish tapas spot will ring in 2024 with a generous prix fixe tapas feast and unlimited drinks for a festive night. During each seating, they will also be observing the traditional Spanish ritual of "las doce uvas de la suerte," (the twelve grapes of luck). As the clock chimes 12 times, guests will eat one grape each time the bell tolls, making a wish for each grape. The 12 grapes/bell tolls represent the 12 months of the year. For an early seating in its dining room, Executive Chef Edward Panchernikov will prepare a special pre-fixe menu of Seared Foie Gras, its signature Golden Egg with caviar and parmesan foam, Dover Sole in a caviar beurre blanc sauce and a Canelle with caviar for $600/pp that also includes 25g of its signature Gold Ostera caviar and a glass of Dom Perignon. Estuary (159 Bridge Park Drive) – The Brooklyn Bridge Park eatery plans to host both New Year’s Eve brunch buffet and a special New Year’s Eve dinner. Prepared by its newly appointed Executive Chef Sebastein Chaoui, the menus will highlight his refined version of French bistro classics, which he calls “bistro-nomie.” For New Year’s, the restaurant will offer a special four course prix fixe that will be paired with a live band playing 3 sets throughout the night starting at 8:00 PM. The prix fixe starts with a chef’s selection of amuse bouche followed by an appetizer course of either Seared Foie Gras, Warm White Jumbo Shrimp Asparagus or Grilled Prawn. Main courses are either a Beef Wellington with pomme fondante in a bone marrow emulsion, Miso Pappardelle or Seared Sea Scallops in a vanilla beet emulsion with a Petit Four to close out the dinner menu. This New Year's Eve, Ketchy Shuby (406 Broome St, NYC) the new neighborhood restaurant in Soho from South African restaurateur Jamie Mullholland (also a co-founder of Surf Lodge in Montauk, NY), will be offering two different celebratory experiences, both perfect to ring in the new year. The restaurant will be offering a 4 course pre-fixe dining option with a Champagne toast at midnight for $150 per person. For New Year’s Eve, Le Fanfare (1103 Manhattan Ave, Brooklyn), the authentic Italian restaurant in Greenpoint, will be offering a special three course prefix menu showcasing traditional Sardinian dishes and Americanized spins, with details on specific menu offerings to follow. Additionally, a live jazz band will be playing music throughout the evening. Le Fanfare is an authentic Italian restaurant from the team behind Epistrophy. The menu showcases rustic and simple Italian cuisine, utilizing locally sourced ingredients to curate a seasonal menu of regional ingredients. Ring in the new year with Michelin-Starred Le Jardinier, and choose between two seatings of three course prix fixe dinner menus, featuring a holistic and unforgettable dining journey surrounded by a timeless interior resembling a modern greenhouse. The first seating will take place from 5:30-8:00pm for $175 per person with menu highlights including starters such as hiramasa with avocado mousse, winter citrus and royal kaluga caviar, a selection of main dishes such as ricotta agnolotti paired with sweet potato, wild mushrooms, kale and whey foam, and to top off the meal, desserts including but not limited to “L’orange”, which entails chocolate genoise, cointreau orange cream and kumquat compote. Le Jardinier’s second seating will be from 8:00pm-close for $295 per person, culminating in a champagne toast, with a selection of starters such as celery root “Mille Feuille”, hazelnuts and black truffle, main entree highlights include poached Maine lobster served alongside “bread sauce” crispy brassicas and bisque, among other protein-forward offerings, and the “L’orange'' dessert to tie off a well-rounded meal.

Libertine (684 Greenwich Street, NYC) will be offering their regular cuisine du marché-focused menu in addition to caviar and foie gras specials and supplements. Libertine is the new buzzy French bistro from Partner Cody Pruitt and Executive Chef and Partner Max Mackinnon, which offers a menu that focuses on cuisine du marché, the greenmarket-guided cooking found in bistros across the French countryside, alongside an entirely all natural French wine list and cocktails made with small batch French spirits. For New Year’s Eve, Maison Premiere (298 Bedford Ave, Brooklyn) will open at noon with their regular menu. There will be two seatings for the evening. The first seating at 6PM will include a special NYE highlighting some of their menu favorites for $95/pp. They will also host a second seating at 9PM, which will include NYE menu items, glass of champagne for a New Year’s toast and a seafood town for the table for $175/pp. The evening event will also include live music starting at 7PM until midnight. On New Year’s Day, Maison Premiere will be open for their regular hours and service. Price: 6PM seating for $95/person and 9PM seating for $175.

For New Year’s Eve, Mari (679 9th Avenue, NYC) will be offering a handroll tasting menu with an optional champagne pairing in partnership with Champagne Billecart-Salmon. Menu items include Jeonchae, fish jeon, gougere and daikon; Mandu with shrimp jeon, crêpe, smoked trout roe and gamtae; a selection of handrolls including Salmon Belly, Spicy Tuna, Sea Urchin and Caviar; Golden Tilefish with seasonal vegetables and tomato chili jang; and a riff on Choco Pie made from a date cake with banana marshmallow and banana ice cream. Mari is the Michelin-starred restaurant from chef and owner Sungchul Shim. The menu features handrolls rooted in traditional Korean cuisine, while diversifying with seasonal and ingredient-forward items that pull inspiration from countries such as Peru, France, and Greece, among others. This New Year's Eve, One White Street (1 White Street, NYC) is the progressive-American neighborhood restaurant in Tribeca from Chef Austin Johnson, (previously of Eleven Madison Park, The Nomad, and Frenchie in Paris, where he was awarded a Michelin Star) will be offering two menu experiences featuring seasonal produce sourced from their farm, Rigor Hill Farm, located in the Hudson Valley. Celebrate New Years Eve at Paradise Lost (100 2nd Ave, NYC) with a champagne toast and immersive cocktails countdown into the new year. The cocktail program at Paradise Lost is rum-based and tiki-inspired, with select drinks like: the Chaos Magick, a nod to the classic tiki drink Black Magic, with rum fire, green chartreuse, coffee liqueur, cold brew concentrate, Ras El Hanout syrup, and alpine bitters; Cobra's Fang with a blend of rums, Fassionola syrup, lime, orange, and absinthe; and Archfiend with jalapeño-infused tequila, makrut leaf-infused mezcal, galangal agave syrup, lime cordial, hibiscus syrup and hellfire bitters. PARK LANE NEW YORK

This year, Park Lane New York is partnering with Moët & Chandon to present a black-tie New Years’ Eve celebration at Darling, perched on the 47th floor on Billionaire’s Row, from 9pm-1am. Complete with an open bar, DJ, passed hors d'oeuvres and a midnight toast with Moët champagne, guests will ring in the New Year in elegance and merriment all while overlooking a mesmerizing firework show in Central Park. Food options will range from some delicious Chicken Sliders and Arancini to Smoked Salmon Caviar Blinis, Lamb Lollipops, and Aged Tenderloin Skewers. Packages start at $250 per person for standing room and $400 per person for table service.

PATTI ANN’S

For New Years Eve, Patti Ann’s (570 Vanderbilt Ave, Brooklyn) will be hosting a Pizza Party from 4:30pm-8pm. The party will include a selection of appetizers, pizzas, cookies, crullers, and soft serve, all served buffet style. There will also be an open bar. Patti Ann’s is the neighborhood restaurant in Prospect Heights from acclaimed chef Greg Baxtrom. Named after his mom, Patti Ann’s features a menu of nostalgic Midwestern comfort food of Chef Greg’s childhood, such as Bloomin’ Onion, Chips N’ Goop, and Chicago tavern-style pizzas. PEASANT

Peasant (194 Elizabeth Street, NYC), the NoLita neighborhood institution with a seasonal, rustic wood-fired Italian menu from Marc Forgione, will be offering their regular menu in addition to a few specials, including Soft Pecorino Crostini with black truffle, Tagliatelle with uni and truffle, and Tete de Cochon with caviar and sourdough. PETER LUGER'S STEAK HOUSE

Peter Luger’s Steak House (178 Broadway, Brooklyn) will be open on New Years Eve and New Years Day. The legendary, family-owned and operated steakhouse serving New Yorkers since 1887, is known for its hand-selected USDA Prime Beef, which is dry-aged and butchered in-house, and signature dishes that are now considered American classics including The Porterhouse (Steak for Two), Luger's Sizzling Bacon (Extra Thick by the Slice), the Luger-Burger (exclusively available during lunch), Creamed Spinach, German Fried Potatoes, ‘Holy Cow’ Ice Cream Sundae, and ‘Schlag'. Part of the Brooklyn community for well over a century, Luger’s celebrates the history of New York’s meat markets and multi-generational restaurant families, and has become a culinary institution.

For New Year’s Eve, Point Seven is hosting a 007 Party. The seafood-centric restaurant from Chef Franklin Becker in the iconic MetLife Building is encouraging guests to wear black tie attire for the James Bond inspired event including an open bar, casino games, passed hors d'oeuvres, DJ, dancing and more. Dishes include From Russia with Love: smoked sturgeon & caviar on a pumpernickel bagel; You Only Live Twice: wagyu beef tataki; For Your Eyes Only: truffle and porcini rice balls; Golden Eye: sushi featuring snapper from Japan; Casino Royale: clams casino; Octopussy: mizu tako (live octopus sashimi); and more. Limited individual tickets - The Shaken Not Stirred - are available through OpenTable at $165 per person plus tax and gratuity, which include access to the entertainment at the event, an open bar, and passed hors d’oeuvres. The All-In package is $245 per person plus tax and gratuity and includes an exclusive chef’s sharing menu served tableside. Philippe Chow is offering three distinct New Year's Eve experiences with multiple seatings, including a 16-course tasting menu available from 7PM onward at both its Upper East Side and Downtown locations for $175 per person. In addition to the standard tasting menu, guests can elevate their celebration with the Golden Package that includes bottles of Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut ($250pp) or the Platinum Package, included bottles of Moët & Chandon Nectar Imperial Rosé ($350pp). Larger parties can also opt for a private dining experience in the Wine Cellar for $500 per person.

On New Year’s Eve, Porter House (10 Columbus Circle), the iconic American steakhouse and restaurant from chef/owner Michael Lomonaco that has been a staple of New York City’s Columbus Circle since 2006, will be offering its regular menu as well as some special add-ons to ring in the new year. Guests can enjoy Porter House classics such as Roasted Bone Marrow, Garganelli Bolognese (an old family recipe from Chef Lomonaco), classic dry-aged Porterhouse or Chili Rubbed Boneless Ribeye, and all the sides like Buttermilk Onion Rings, Bourbon Mashed Sweet Potatoes, and Crispy Hash Browns. RAMPOLDI NEW YORK

Celebrate New Year’s Eve at Manhattan’s newest and only Monegasque restaurant, Rampoldi, complete with live music from Nuage Rhythm blending Parisian and American jazz, a DJ, a four course pre-fixe menu and a complimentary champagne toast at midnight. Menu offerings will include dishes by Executive Chef Antonio Salvatore, whose culinary style embraces French haute cuisine, Italian leanings and coastal influence, and will feature a seasonal white truffle creation. RESTAURANT YUU

Restaurant Yuu, who was recently awarded one-Michelin Star, is the only new Brooklyn restaurant to receive a star. For New Year's Eve, Chef Yuu will showcase a 15-course tasting menu, which highlights a Wagyu Fillet Wellington, layers of minced Wagyu, mushrooms, foie gras, and a Wagyu filet, all wrapped in spinach and baked in a razor pie crust and embellished with beautiful floral appliqués, topped with Sauce Périgueux, a red and port wine reduction.
