A Peruvian-inspired Thanksgiving awaits at POPULAR restaurant at Ian Schrager’s PUBLIC hotel. Offered at $100 per person, this first-ever menu reimagines the very traditional American feast with an Andean twist.

THE VITALS

Created by Chef Diego Muñoz, the family-style set menu includes a Crème Brulée-inspired take on the Pisco Sour, turkey cooked two ingenious ways (herb-roasted white meat and confit dark meat) and Chef Diego’s grandma’s recipe for cranberry sauce. Sides include Sweet Potato Croquettes with chestnut crumble and toasted marshmallows, Green Beans with pine nuts and rocoto, and Fried Brussels Sprouts with ají limo maple glaze & citrus zest. For dessert there is Peruvian Chocolate and Pecan Pie with salted crust and lucuma ice cream. The Tavern, Hudson Yards’ American bistro, known for embracing global flavors, is offering a Thanksgiving Day menu by Chef Linda Luo, who recently took the reins as Executive Chef.

The three-course prix fixe ($145 per person) brings the classics and new takes on this timeless feast with options for turkey lovers, fish enthusiasts and beef connoisseurs. Entrees include Turkey, Cranberry Jus, Sweet Potatoes Pavé, and Sage Crumble or Filet Mignon, Bordelaise Jus, Béarnaise Butter, Marble Potatoes, and Shoestring Fries or Monkfish, Chanterelles, Asparagus, Cauliflower Purée, and Urfa Pepper. Brooklyn Chop House in FiDi is celebrating Thanksgiving with a take home feast with a twist.

THE VITALS

For the holiday, the restaurant is introducing its 13 - 14lb Peking style roasted turkey available for pick-up for $295. Trimmings can be added for $395 to feed a group of 6 and include Garlic Mashed Potatoes, String Beans, Cranberry Plum Sauce, Scallions and Cucumber, Hot Pancakes, Salads and Homemade Assorted Cheesecakes complemented by coffee. Limited packages are available and diners should reserve their feast.

Bar Marseille in the Rockaways is offering a Thanksgiving Package for $75 per person (2 person minimum.)

THE VITALS

To start, diners can enjoy a Gem Lettuce Salad with Fennel, Radish and Dijon Vinaigrette or a Pear Brie Tart with Aged balsamic. Entrees include a choice of Cascun Farms Roast Turkey served with Gravy and Cranberry Sauce, Salmon with Salsa Verde, or a Prime Rib Roast for an additional $10 with Au Jus. Pair it with a side of Whipped Red Bliss Potatoes with Creme Fraiche and Chive, Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Spicy Honey or Brioche Stuffing with Sage.

Morgan’s Brooklyn Barbecue, famous for their low and slow smoked meats, is offering Whole Smoked Turkeycatering packages that serve 10-12, as well as a-la-carte specials. Currently operating via a ghost kitchen at sister-restaurant Tiny’s Cantina.

THE VITALS

To-Go ($275, serves 10-12): This curated feast features a 16-18 lb whole smoked turkey, green beans, stuffing, and sweet potatoes (3lbs each), as well as cranberry sauce (16oz) and gravy (24oz). An assortment of 9-inch pies will be available as additions including Pecan ($45), Apple ($45) and Pumpkin ($42). The deadline for ordering is Monday, November 22nd at 4pm. Guests will have the option to indulge in a traditional turkey feast with all the trimmings with 4-course prix-fixe menu and a Champagne holiday toast. Depending on the location, prices start at $74+ per person. Or those who prefer their turkey dinner to-go, these locations have the option for their dinner at home for $46+ per person. SOOGIL

French Korean restaurant Soogil in the East Village is offering a luxurious way to celebrate with a 6-course Thanksgiving feast ($115 per person) on Nov. 25th to dine in (or to go/delivery). Drawing on both Korean ingredients and his French training, Chef Soogil Lim has created a menu worthy of holiday celebrations.

THE VITALS

The feast starts with exquisite Caviar + Kampachi with black diamond Kaluga caviar and kampachi tartare, watermelon radish, finger lime, chanterelle mushroom, crème fraiche, gamtae wild seaweed and potato. It’s followed by Honeynut Squash Soup with prosciutto and huckleberry coulis; then Gochujang-crusted Scallops with maitake and button mushrooms, sunchoke, hazelnut vinaigrette, garlic purée. Chef Soogil’s signature Nurungji Gras has sautee foie gras atop crispy nurungji Korean “scorched rice,” brussels sprouts, caramelized onions and soy mushroom sauce. For entrée, guests have a choice of Boneless Turkey Roulade stuffed with turkey farce and foie gras and served with cranberry sauce, sweet potato beignet and turkey gravy, or grilled American Wagyu Galbi short ribs with 24-hour soy bordelaise sauce, Korean sweet potato beignet and matsutake mushrooms. An Uni Bowl with sea urchin, smoked trout roe, matsutake mushrooms, seaweed rice, pickled chayote, and gamtae can be added (with a supplement). For dessert, he brings back his Korean childhood favorite, dalgona candy, that is having a moment thanks to Netflix’s Squid Game.

Casa Ora is celebrating Thanksgiving Venezuelan style from 5:30 PM - 11:00 PM with an à la carte menu available for dine-in or pickup.

THE VITALS

Offerings include traditional dishes such as: Pan de Jamón - Smoked ham bread with raisin & olive; Hallaca - Pork tamale with chickpea, potato, raisin & olive; Pernil - Slow roasted pork loin with lentils, chimichurri & carrot potato purée; Quesillo Tradicional - Flan, dark rum, caramel; and Ponche Crema - Venezuelan Egg Nog with Santa Teresa Rum. This Thanksgiving, Sereneco - the new all-day restaurant in Greenpoint - will offer an elevated, New American feast. Located on the ground floor of the historic Pencil Factory building, Sereneco offers a warm and relaxed atmosphere designed to put guests at ease. The kitchen is spearheaded by Executive Chef Dennis Hong (a vet of Lincoln Ristorante & Le Bernardin).

Grand Army in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn is celebrating Thanksgiving Eve highlighting cocktails made with Wild Turkey.

THE VITALS

The Grand Army team is preparing several cocktails for the evening, in partnership with Wild Turkey: the Streetcat Named Bob (a seasonal Vieux Carre that’s currently on the cat-themed cocktail menu), a zesty Bourbon Ancho Reyes Buck, the Gravedigger (a throwback from Grand Army’s 2019 monster trucks menu), and Boilermaker beer-and-shot combo with Wild Turkey “Rare Breed” barrel proof bourbon. There will even be a light-up turkey ice luge to turn the turkey time up to ten, complete with a special Wild Turkey 50/50 luge shooter featuring Wild Turkey 101 Rye and Averna Amaro. Safety first: all shots will be poured hygienically into separate small glasses.

BOUCHERIE

The Boucherie’s New York City Locations, including La Grande Boucherie, will be offering a Thanksgiving dinner from 11am to 10pm.

THE VITALS

The four sister restaurants, each with its own expression of the Boucherie French brasserie concept, will offer two special dishes for Thanksgiving: DINDE RÔTIE, roasted turkey breast, truffle ballotine, sweet potato au gratin, brussels sprouts, chanterelles, cranberry compote, turkey jus ($48), and CHEESECAKE À LA CITROUILLE with pecans and spiced caramel ($15). The regular menu will also be available that day.

Olio e Piu, the bustling Italian restaurant at the intersection of Sixth and Greenwich avenues is offering several inspired dine-in only specials on Thanksgiving, in addition to its regular menu.

THE VITALS

Among this year’s offering are Zuppa di Zucca with butternut squash, robilina cheese, crostini, and sage; Tacchino al Forno with roasted turkey, kale and mortadella stuffing, fall vegetables, cranberry compote, and turkey jus; as well as Pumpkin Cheesecake with pecans and spiced caramel.

ATLANTIC GRILL

Atlantic Grill which recently reopened under new leadership is ready to celebrate Thanksgiving after the parade or before heading to see a show. Now led by Monte Carlo Hospitality Group, and Michelin-starred Chef Antonio Salvatore, Atlantic Grill will be celebrating the holiday with it’s newly revamped seafood menu with a touch of his Mediterranean influence in addition to offering a Thanksgiving special.

THE VITALS

Available during lunch service from 12pm to 3pm and from 5pm to 10pm, the Roasted Turkey Breast special ($39) will be served with raspberry demi glaze sauce, mashed potatoes, apple & chestnut stuffing, french green beans with almonds, heirloom carrots, and spiced orange cranberry sauce. For dessert, guests can enjoy a slice of pumpkin or pecan pie.

CASA LIMONE

Located in Midtown just steps away from Rockefeller Center, the Southern Italian-inspired Casa Limone, led by Michelin-starred Chef Antonio Salvatore, is serving up two Thanksgiving specials this year in addition to the regular menu.

THE VITALS

Guests may start with an appetizer of roasted honeynut squash with arugula, whipped goat cheese, and pomegranate ($22). Then for an entree, enjoy a butter poached turkey breast and crispy turkey thigh confit paired with farro and italian sausage stuffing, potato purée, roasted Brussels sprouts with candied walnuts, and cranberry sauce al Limoncello ($39).

MACCHINA

If you are interested in a less traditional option away from the turkey and trimmings, why not have a true NY holiday with a Thanksgiving pie from the newly opened Macchina in Williamsburg.

THE VITALS

Macchina’s custom Thanksgiving (pizza) Pie is city-style with maple-bourbon glazed ham and with caramelized onions ($16). The ham is brined for 24 hours then roasted and spiced with maple bourbon, placed on homemade pizza dough and fired in a Tuscan stove oven until golden. The special can be ordered for take-out or eat-in from November 21 through December 2021.

YOON HAEUNDAE GALBI

The recently New York Times reviewed Yoon Haeundae Galbi is a midtown spot for comforting dishes like the Soybean Stew with short rib, and crispy Korean Fried Chicken. This Thanksgiving, the restaurant is offering a Thanksgiving Meal Kit for delivery or pick-up.

THE VITALS

The kit, serving three to four people, comes fully stocked with the following: a selection of three meats: Marinated Short Rib, Wagyu Strip Loin and Dry-Aged Prime Ribeye. Side dishes: Soybean Stew, Potato Noodles, Lettuce Ssam Wraps with three Ssamjang offerings, and four Banchan sides, including two servings of rice. Bar Blondeau, the new French-style bar in Williamsburg with unobstructed views of the Manhattan skyline, is offering Thanksgiving dinner from 2pm to 1am with indoor and outdoor heated seating. Bar Blondeau is housed on the 6th floor of the Wythe Hotel.

THE VITALS

The full menu will be available from lighter bites like Tuna Tartare with mustard seed and aged soy, to larger plates like Hake Tempura with yuzu mayonnaise, and Saffron Rice with blood cake, fried egg and almonds. There are also new winter-friendly cocktails. Olmsted, the restaurant from chef-owner Greg Baxtrom, known for its creative vegetable-forward menu that features produce from the lush backyard garden and local farmers and purveyors, will be open on Thanksgiving Day for dine-in from 2-8pm.

Olmsted is offering a special family-style menu ($145 pp) with dishes like Arctic Char Tartare, Cornbread and Sage Butter, Heritage Turkey Two Ways and Black Truffled Mashed Potatoes. Additionally, Olmsted is offering a limited quantity of takeout boxes that serves four ($375) with starters, mains, sides, desserts and more. BRICK LANE CURRY HOUSE

British-style curry house, Brick Lane Curry, is offering a prix-fixe Thanksgiving menu at their New York and New Jersey locations.

THE VITALS

The special menu features appetizers like Sweet Potato Chaat, Birayancini, and an assortment of Mini Pies. For entrees, a choice between Tandoori Roasted Chicken and Roasted Cauliflower is offered. THE MARY LANE

On Thanksgiving day, Chef Mike Price and Chef de Cuisine Andrew Sutin are offering their classic, seasonally-driven American fare as a three-course prix-fixe menu available from 2-9pm.

THE VITALS

From the Autumn Salad to Long Island Duck Confit Roulade as starters, to Roasted Holiday Turkey and the Sweet Potato & Maitake Mushroom Pavé for the second course, dish options are fresh and festive. Spiced Pumpkin Cheesecake and a Pear & Quince Crisp provide satisfying desserts. A seasonal cocktail and glass pour special will also be offered. Marathi, a new TriBeCa spot for Greek dining, is serving an inspired Thanksgiving feast this year. Chef Nicholas Poulmentis is going All-American in his multi-course menu served from 2pm to 8pm and is prix-fixe at $55 per person. The menu starts diners off with Corn Bread, and a first course choice of Crispy Brussels Sprouts Salad with Bacon and Citrus-Maple Vinaigrette, or Cast Iron Hasselback Potatoes with Parmesan Butter Sauce. Longstanding Hell's Kitchen favorite and French brasserie Marseille, now in its 20th year, is featuring a seasonally-driven menu for Thanksgiving Day. Priced at $65 per person, Executive Chef Daniel Drexler is crafting a three-course prix-fixe menu.

Starters feature the likes of French Onion Soup, Pumpkin Gnocchi, and Escargot, entrees such as All Natural Locally Farmed Turkey, Roast Rack of Lamb, and Honey Glazed Duck Breast, and a selection of classic desserts - all celebrating the restaurant's namesake roots as a North African port city, a cultural melting pot, and the French gateway to the world. LINDENS

Lindens opening at the Arlo Hotel just in time for the peak holiday season in New York is offering a new Seasonal American menu for Thanksgiving. Founded by industry vets Executive Chef Carsten Johannsen and Food & Beverage Director Gary Wallach of Renwick Hospitality, the new menu celebrates local seasonal ingredients, fresh seafood and New American classics.

THE VITALS

Available for dinner service starting at 4pm on Thanksgiving, the restaurant will offer their entire new menu with highlights such as the Peppercorn Rubbed Chicken, a half chicken grilled with peppercorn spice, served with a garlic puree and grilled vegetable salsa, Thyme Parker House Rolls baked in house and served with an acorn squash butter, and a Cranberry Cup to wash-it-down with Belvedere Vodka, Cranberry, thyme, apple, lemon, Lambrusco, homemade fruit rollup garnish. A Thanksgiving plate will be available with all the fixings, including turkey on a first come, first serve basis.
