Neighborhood: Financial District Type of Place: Bars Description: This speakeasy type bar located in a former mechanical room in the basement of The Beekman Hotel is similar to the secret bars of Tokyo. Cocktails include a Green Toki Highball made with Suntory Toki Whisky, Sencha Tea and Lemongrass Honey, and the Spaghetti Eastern with Miso-inflused Boodles Gin, Dolin Genepy, Coconut and Shishito. Bar bites include fried pork belly, seared American Wagu, Fried Quail and Miso Broiled Shrimp.
